3. Purpose of the site
The site scorbolt.com is the showcase site for Scorbolt, a live scoreboard service for competitions, displayed across multiple surfaces. It presents the service, its features and its offers. It leads to account creation and to online payment of the subscription, both of which take place on the app.scorbolt.com application. The terms of sale are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (the "Scorbolt" trademark, logo, text, visuals, videos, layout, code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of C2SL, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and may constitute an infringement.
The typefaces used (Montserrat) are distributed under the SIL Open Font License and are hosted directly on our servers.
5. Personal data
Merely browsing the site gives rise only to a minimum of technical data necessary for its operation and security. Creating an account and taking out a subscription give rise to the processing of additional data: identity, email address and billing details. The site does not use any cookies, neither for advertising nor for audience measurement.
